The MTS Race Engineer Master has the aim of training and specializing Race Engineers to join the Teams competing in national and international championships, with theoretical lessons and practical activities on competition vehicles, held by expert teachers in the various disciplines of Motorsport such as F1, F2, LMS, MotoGP, SBK, etc.

The Master provides important practical activities, which translate into work directly in the pits of the Monza Circuit and Lesmo workshop on racing cars and motorcycles, with practical lessons on specific topics such as suspensions, transmission, setup, etc.

There are 3 days on the track where the primary objective will be to simulate as much as possible the experience that you normally live in the pits, where the Race Engineers will work on a competition car driven by a professional driver, so as to put into practice what they learned during the theoretical and practical lessons.

To complete the training course, days at the driving simulator is scheduled, a tool widely used by the teams for the preparation of the races.

In addition, there will be educational visits to leading companies in the racing industry and contributions to the Master, which is in English, by Engineers and leading figures in motorsport.



The Race Engineer Master has a practical approach, in fact during the training course students work independently on competition vehicles.

Experiential approach

The Master has a predominantly practical approach, in fact there will be 3 days on the track and few days on the simulator to allow students to have a real experience and be ready to face the world of work, as well as interventions by leading companies in the sector.

272 hours of training

The Master will take place for the duration of 272 hours over 12 weeks. The course is divided in two steps, Run 01 that is an online training, and Run 02 that will be held in Italy.

MTS creates homogeneous classes of students from different continents, such as a class for Asian students, in order to meet the specific needs of students from all over the world.

Who is it for?

The Race Engineering Master is aimed at enthusiasts of car competitions, who speak English and who have consolidated notions of mathematics and physics. Contact us to know the requirements necessary to successfully pass the selections.


The teachers of the Race Engineering Master are professionals from the racing world who work in teams such as Porsche Team Manthey, Automobili Lamborghini, McLaren and in categories such as F1, F2, F3, FE, LMS, etc.



Registration is open and will end on October 12, 2020 but may close early if the maximum number of applications is reached. To participate just send your application and receive by email the link to the registration form and suggestions to better prepare for the Master.
The price is 5,600 euros + VAT and includes teaching by expert teachers, teaching materials, clothing consisting of jacket and sweatshirt, insurance and access to the reserved area of the school and to all the exclusive contents dedicated to students.
