Telemetry Analyst course
The MTS Telemetry Analyst Course aims to train and specialise Telemetry Analysts to enable them to work in Teams in national and international championships. It does so with theoretical classes and practical activities on racing vehicles taught by expert instructors in the various Motorsport areas such as F1, F2, LMS, MotoGP and SBK.
The course involves significant synergy with the Racing Mechanic Course, which translates into working directly on racing cars and bikes in the pits at the Monza Racetrack, with practical sessions on special topics, such as electronics, transmission, wiring and more.
There are 3 days on the track, two with a car and one with a motorbike, where the primary objective will be to simulate, as much as possible, the real experience in the pits.
Plus, the course involves educational visits to leading companies in the racing industry and training as part of the Telemetry Analyst course by Performance Engineers, Electronic Data Engineers and prominent figures from the Motorsport world.
The course will take place at the Monza Racetrack and the MTS Training Centre in Lesmo.
Hands-on approach
The course has a predominantly practical approach: there will be 3 days on the track to allow students to enjoy a real experience and be ready to face the actual job as part of a team.
The course will take place during the weekend from Friday to Sunday, for a total duration of 224 hours to be held in 10 weeks from December to March. The days on the track may also take place on Thursdays.
Not just for engineers
The course is designed for mechanics, technicians and engineers who want to specialise in telemetry and the electronic management of cars and motorbikes, but also for people with no experience. MTS has developed a refined selection method to guarantee only people with specific technical requirements join the course.
