TURN YOUR PASSION INTO YOUR FUTURE

Motor Sport Technical School is the first technical training school in Motorsport. The idea was born to satisfy the need of the racing teams to find highly specialized professional figures.

The school is aimed both at Motorsport enthusiasts and at teams that decide to invest in the training of their staff, to increase their professionalism and skills.

MTS offers an experience of “training on the job” with the aim of generating training excellence that meets the demands of the competition market and at the end of the training courses students – who start as young enthusiasts – are brought into the world of Motorsport as real professionals.

The school is based at the Autodrome of Monza, a temple of speed and theatre of the Italian Grand Prix. Learners will have the opportunity to follow lessons in the classrooms and pits of the racetrack, and to put into practice what professionals do every day.

THE FIRST SCHOOL IN ITALY

Since 2011 Motorsport Technical School has trained hundreds of technicians specialized in Motorsport, who today work on race motorcycles and cars, both as race engineers and as race mechanics.

Some mechanics started their career in Motorsport without any experience, beginning from the Vasco Ferrante Mechanic Course, a preparatory program for racing courses that starts from the basics of mechanics and allows the student to learn quickly and in a practical way the concepts needed to participate successfully in courses for race mechanics.

The same practical approach is used in the courses for race engineers, where circuit test sessions with competition cars driven by a professional driver are scheduled, where the students of the courses for race mechanics and race engineers collaborate creating a real Team.
